Friday, April 3 2026, 5 - 6pm 221 LeConte Hall Guest speaker UGA’s Native American Student Association and the Institute of Native American Studies invite you to join us Friday, April 3 at 5pm for a talk from Tracie Revis, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Advocacy for the Muscogee Nation of Oklahoma’s Ocmulgee National Park & Preserve Initiative (ONPPI) in Georgia. Tracie was the first woman to serve as the Chief of Staff to the Principal Chief of the Muscogee Nation. She is currently leading advocacy and community outreach with the initiative to establish Ocmulgee Mounds, an important site at Macon Georgia, as a National Park and Preserve. Tracie will share information about the initiative, her career, and the goals of the Muscogee Nation to advance protections of land and sites in Muscogee homelands.
