Friday, March 15 2024, 6:30pm Morton Theatre Join us for "Imagining the Indian: The Fight Against Native American Mascoting" at the Morton Theatre. The film analyzes issues surrounding the usage of Native American "imagery" as mascots and how detrimental it is to all marginalized groups. Following the film screening, there will be a panel discussion featuring producers Ben West, Kevin Blackstone, and Yancey Burns. The event is open to the public, so all are welcome! Suggested donation is $5.
