Job Opportunity: American Indian and Indigenous Studies Faculty Position

Green River College located in Auburn, WA invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the English division with a concentration in American Indian and Indigenous Studies.

The position will primarily include the development and teaching of composition courses, as well as literature, creative writing, and cultural studies courses depending on the course schedule, along with service responsibilities such as committee work and student advising. The faculty member will also support the development of an AIIS program at Green River College in partnership with the Muckleshoot Tribal College, as well as collaborate with other Indigenous staff, programs, and initiatives on campus. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about teaching and committed to the mission of community colleges.
